Voile is a very soft fabric and very comfortable on skin; It is an extremely thin fabric .
It is usually made of 100% cotton or cotton blended with linen or polyester.
It is a light-weighted fabric and so it is generally used for soft garments such as clothing for babies, lingerie and sheer curtains
It has a higher thread count and a tighter weave than most other fabric; this makes it very soft and silky to the touch.
